Commercial License Agreement

Version: 1.0.0

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software only in its purchased version for personal or commercial purposes.

2. Major Updates and Renewal

• This license only applies to the version of the Software you purchased (e.g., Version 1.0.0).
• You may continue using the purchased version indefinitely.
• Any major update (e.g., Version 2.0.0 or higher) will require a new purchase to continue access.
• Minor updates (e.g., Version 1.0.1, 1.1.0) may be provided at the Licensor’s discretion.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share the Software with third parties.
• Use the Software in any unlawful or unethical manner.

4. No Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Licensor shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use of the Software. The Licensee uses the Software at their own risk.

5. Termination

Failure to comply with this Agreement may result in the termination of your license without notice. If terminated, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

7. Beta Release Notice

This is a beta version of the Software, released to the public under the GNU General Public License (GPL) for testing and feedback purposes. However, you cannot distribute, resell, or sell this Software in any form.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using this Software, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
